I wanted to reach out as you may have noticed that things have been quiet on my end for a bit.

I teach about the need to “unplug” in order to deeply connect with nature and the animals. I needed to practice what I preach in order to continue doing the work that I love during a recently challenging season.

Although I have remained focused on helping animals and the people who love them, I had to prioritize where my energy went, and the world of the internet took a back-seat.

This season has served, however, to reinforce my appreciation for all that God has provided through friends, family, my faith community, and of course, the animals. God absolutely works through the animals in many ways, and one of those is to support us in times of struggle.  My dog, Cheyenne, made sure to check in with me during this time, and my cats made a point of laying close to me, sharing their healing energy. They all intuitively chose moments when I was needing their encouragement the most.

This caring and concern provided by my animal family members was a huge reminder of how sensitive the animals are and why we need to act as good stewards of the animals. Animals are extra-sensitive and they do have a built-in intelligence to re-energize by doing things like rolling in the grass or retreating into deep sleep, often away from negative energy emanating from electronics (although often cats are too tempted by ‘squar-ish shaped objects’ such as cell phones – felines are so special!) or an anger-filled human.  However, it is our role as their caretakers to keep tuned-in to them and provide assistance in the form of nutritious species-appropriate diets, exercise, massage, energy work, essential oils, acupressure/acupuncture or any other method of physical, mental or emotional renewing that might benefit them.

That being said, I am reminded at this time of how blessed I feel to have this calling on my life, of being able to help you with your beloved animals.  I understand how precious they are to all to you and I’m thrilled to re-connect in love, peace and gratitude for you all;  especially for your loyalty to me. If I can help with your animal communication, energy work, massage or essential oils needs, please do not hesitate to contact me or to schedule some time together.
